Having two offices
in Iowa, and one in the Kansas City area, all with fully stocked warehouses
and factory trained technicians and programmers, gives us the unique
ability to cover any aspect of service in a timely fashion.
Within two hours of the
service call being placed, a representative of CI³ will contact
the owners to discuss the problem situation. Under most service conditions,
the
system will be called up
via the phone modem and the problem will be diagnosed before a technician
is sent. Our area of coverage is all of Iowa, southern Minnesota, Wisconsin,
western Illinois, Missouri and Kansas.
